Q.  Do I need to be registered with U.S. Masters Swimming to attend this event?

A.  Membership in U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS) is required for all EXCEL Weekend coaches and swimmers.

 

Q. I am a U.S. Masters Swimmer but only want to attend one day of the EXCEL Weekend. Do I need to pay the full price?

A. Yes, there is one cost for swimmers: $130 if you are registered by May 15th, $150 after.

 

Q. How many other swimmers will be at the event?

A. Registration closes at 100 participants.

 

Q. How many coaches will be at the event?

A. Registration closes at 50 coaches.

 

Q. What does it take to be considered a coach?

A. You must be registered with USMS, and the club you coach must be a registered masters team. Both coach and team must hold current 2011 registration. Because coaches attend the clinic for free, you may be asked to verify your status as a coach. Assistant coaches and head coaches meeting these requirements qualify.
