| SAT | 12:00-1:00 p.m. | *SWIMMERS ARRIVE & REGISTER* Arrive early and have the chance to meet and talk with Rowdy Gaines or grab yourself a $4 smoothie from Jamba Juice who will have a booth on deck. Our vendors will also be open for business for your shopping pleasure. | San Mateo Athletic Club |
| SAT | 1:00-1:30 p.m. | On deck briefing of afternoon sessions. | Mentor Coaches along with Rowdy Gaines (for a limited time). At the pool! |
| SAT | 1:30-4:30 p.m. | Water rotations for swimmers with clinic coaches working on deck with mentor coaches. In registration, swimmers will choose 4 of 6 stations (fly, back, breast, free, starts, turns). They will have 45 minutes in each station, 10-15 minutes on deck and 30 minutes in the water. (Bring extra towels and warm clothes.) Meanwhile, Global Sport Technology and H20 Video will continue filming. | Mentor coaches and clinic coaches |

| SAT | 5:30-7:30 p.m. | Saturday night social for all attendees on the pool deck of the San Mateo facility. We will be providing food and drink! Our vendors will keep their booths open for us, so be sure and bring your wallet. :-) | |
| SUN | 6:30-7:00 a.m. | Get together over coffee to map out the day and session options. Will also be looking for volunteers to help prep the 50m pool for the open water session below. | |
| SUN | 7:00-8:30 a.m. | Open Water Session in the 50m pool. Along with learning sighting, pack swimming, cornering buoys, swimmers will have the opportunity to do a timed "open water" swim the latter part of this session. | Coach Scott Williams and Coach Joel Wilson |
